Aerospace & Defense

Motorsport-proven engineering for flight and defense hardware

Weistec built its reputation designing and validating high-output powertrain components that have to survive extreme heat, pressure and RPM. We apply the same engineering and manufacturing discipline to aerospace and defense programs.

  • Precision 5-axis machining of titanium, Inconel, aluminum and stainless steel for complex aerospace systems
  • Propulsion and fluid systems: laser cutting plus laser, TIG and MIG welding for propulsion delivery hardware
  • Engineering and simulation: FEA for fluid dynamics, static and dynamic loading and heat
  • Metrology: 3D laser scanning and CMM for dimensional, profile and angularity verification
  • Aircraft integration: helicopter camera mounts and cabin equipment installs, designed and built in-house
  • ITAR registered, with government operations managed by a U.S. Army veteran
Quality system: AS9100 / ISO 9001 certification is pending. Our documented supplier manufacturing and inspection requirements cover material certifications, lot segregation, inspection, finishing and packaging.
